Scroll saw patterns and pens designed by Barry Gross, an experienced woodworker / artisan with over 30 years of varied experience working in several diverse media. He has over 50 published articles in several woodworking magazines, is an author of three books on turning and just released a DVD on pen making. Barry is a member of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsman and is a member of the American Association of Woodturners where he will be demonstrating the art of his unique style of pen making in Albuquerque in June, 2009. He was selected to join the Pen Maker’s Guild in 2006 and was chosen to join the National Register of Who’s Who for executives and professionals. Barry demonstrates the art of pen making at wood working shows and turning clubs throughout the northeast. His pens have been in several nationally recognized pen magazines including Stylus and Pen World and he has made pens for celebrities & dignitaries including Steven Spielberg, Jimmie Buffet, golfer Greg Norman, former Speaker of The House of Representatives - Dennis Hastert, Norwegian concert pianist Leif Ove Andsnes and just recently made a group of pens for the "White House."
