This is the perfect gift for the Baseball Enthusiast. The pen tip incorporates a baseball which leads into the body of the pen. The clip of the pen is a bat and the top of the pen shows the outside architecture of a baseball stadium. The top of the pen shows a batter waiting for the pitch in intricate detail. To advance the refill it works like a bolt action mechanism replicates the arc of a pitcher's curve ball approaching the batter to smoothly advance and retract the refill.
The wood at the front of the pen is a piece of the home dugout bench from Shea Stadium. The baseballs are laser cut and inlaid into the body of the pen. at the end of the body of the pen are the team colors of the Mets. The pen comes with a certificate of authenticity about the wood from the home dugout bench at Shea Stadium.
