"DogBone" Tube-In Casting System!
“DogBone” tube-in casting system will take a “bite” out of all those silicone molds! ONE DogBone mold will cast all tubes from 7mm to 12.5mm. It takes 11 different silicone molds to do what our DogBone will! It is a one mold fits all solution!
Solid HDPE and is virtually indestructible. It won’t warp or crack like silicone molds. It includes two sets of silicone inserts. One set has small stoppers for 7mm - 3/8” tubes. The other set has stoppers for 3/8” - 12.5mm tubes.
Stackable DogBone molds – stack up to six (6) molds on top of each other to fit in a 2.5 gallon pressure pot and even stack a second row of six (6) side by side! You don’t need a mold caddy! Silicone molds can not stack up to the DogBone!
The DogBone is strictly intended for tube-in casting since the chambers don’t include bottom plugs to assist with blank removal. All of the usual casting resins will work great, including Polyester Resin (PR), Alumilite & Royal Palm. Just be sure to apply a high quality mold release. Either silicone or wax based release agents will work fine.
