Description
My Rollerball or Fountain Puzzle Pens contain 36 distinct puzzle pieces. A laser is used to cut each piece of exotic wood to exact specifications using 20 different exotic woods from around the world. After each puzzle piece is cut by the laser, they are then assembled like a puzzle by hand on a painted brass tube. They are turned down to specifications on a lathe. After turning, the assemblies are sanded to 12,000 grit and a non-yellowing finish is applied. After the finish has dried, it is wet sanded and buffed to a gloss finish.
These stylish one-of-a-kind writing instruments truly reveal the love of nature and its bountiful gifts. The Puzzle Pen comes in a custom engraved Cherry wooden pen box. If a rollerball is your selection, it utilizes a "Schmidt Style" rollerball refill which is readily available at any stationary store. If you are choosing a fountain pen, cartridges or a converter may be used. These refills and ink is available in the Pens & Accessories & Supplies section of this website.
