Description
Watch gears are carefully removed from mechanical watches and placed onto a multi-colored metal foil covered brass tube. Copper wire is then strategically wrapped on the tube to highlight the colored metal foil segments to create a "Stained Glass" look. At that time tiny watch gears and other parts are adhered into the colorful partitions. The assembly is then placed into a mold and a non-yellowing acrylic is poured over the tube over a three day period.
Once the assemblies are removed from the mold, they are placed on a lathe, tuned, polished and matched with the appropriate black titanium pen components to form the One-Of-A-Kind fine writing instrument you see.
The pen utilizes a "Parker Style" refill which is readily available at any stationary store or is available in the Pens Accessories & Supplies section of this website.
